Duties of our customers: JFC Does not pic out (paints) for customers. After customer has paid there deposit then material shows up to the house or project within 72 hours during the week days. Customer will offer a hand sketch if a picture of what they desire is not available. Customer will do a will call not to exceed there total budget an effort to complete there project. There deposit is only an estimated amount materials and supply's needed for there project.
Duties of JFC: Any change orders made by the customer will be sent with price include, to the customers Email or printed and handed to them at there door. JFC will communicate 2 days a week about scheduling and how the project is going. JFC will at starting provide an Invoice describing the services rendered.
After reading and receiving our/ JFC project estimate and paying a deposit this becomes our agreement. Only changes will be addedat the request of the customer known as a change order, verbal or written.
